How to order
*For our 1-hour Chairside Design Service:
If you need our 1-hour design service then simply pre-book a timeslot by using the
calendar booking service below. On the customer appointment day, scan the case and upload
via your usual portal or by using our own service portal (link below).
We will be standing by ready to create your immediate design
and send it back to you within the hour for you to print and fit.
You do not need to book in advance for regular design services.
Please note that 1-hour service is not available for 5+ units, but if your case
is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
By prior arrangement, and for printers with web-access,
we can even load the design directly onto your printer if you wish.
We call it 'Simply Print'

The Digital Denture Design Service will design new denture/s for your patient, creating separate STL files of the teeth and denture bases. These are then sent back to you ready for local printing or milling.
(UK only - printing service is also available).
Take IO scans of the upper, lower, and bite - then simply send these via your usual platform - or upload via our secure web portal. We will design the new dentures and send them back to you for approval.
Once approved, we will create and send you the STL files for local milling/printing (speedy printing service also available in the UK).

The Copy Denture Service takes a complete denture scan and creates separate STL files of the teeth and denture base. These are then sent back to you ready for local printing or milling.
This means that an exact copy of any existing denture can be produced quickly and easily, and your patient retains their existing denture at all times. One quick visit to the clinic is all it takes!
It's the quickest and simplest way to create a copy denture for your patient.
This service can also be used to reline the new denture at the same time.
To reline, simply take a wash-imp using the original denture, then scan the denture with the wash in place. The new copy denture will be created to fit the new impression perfectly!
This means that an exact copy of any existing denture can be produced quickly and easily, and your patient retains their existing denture at all times. One quick visit to the clinic is all it takes!
