About the Copy Denture Service
The Copy Denture Service takes a complete denture scan and creates separate STL files of the teeth and denture base. These are then sent back to you ready for local printing or milling.
This means that an exact copy of any existing denture can be produced quickly and easily, and your patient retains their existing denture at all times. One quick visit to the clinic is all it takes!
It's the quickest and simplest way to create a copy denture for your patient.
This service can also be used to reline the new denture at the same time.
To reline, simply take a wash-imp using the original denture, then scan the denture with the wash in place. The new copy denture will be created to fit the new impression perfectly!

How to order
Simply select your option below (single or dual arches) and then choose whether you want
STL files delivered to print locally, or the dentures printed and finished for you.
Orders can be sent through 3Shape Communicate, Medit Link,
or uploaded via our secure portal.
(portal upload - ZIP files containing STL files or 3Shape orders)
Make sure the scan is a complete 3D scan of all surfaces
(if in doubt, watch the video below for details).
Your STL files - teeth and base - will be emailed to you within 24 hours,
ready for local printing and bonding.
Printing service (UK) is also available at an additional cost - select this option when ordering.
