About the Full-Arch Denture Design Service
Welcome to the 2-visit denture!
The Digital Denture Design Service will design new full-arch denture/s for your patient and then creates separate STL files of the teeth and denture bases. These are then sent back to you ready for local printing or milling.
On the patient's first visit, take IO scans of the upper, lower, and bite - then simply upload these to our web portal. We will design the new dentures and send them back to you for approval.
Once approved, we will create and send you the STL files for local milling/printing (UK printing service is available).
It's the quickest and simplest way to create a new denture for your patient. On the second visit - you are fitting their new denture!

How to order
Simply select your option below (single or dual arches) and then choose whether you want
only STL files to print locally or the dentures printed and finished for you (UK service).
Complete the pop-up form, upload your scan/s and that's it!
(ZIP files only - can contain STL files or 3Shape orders)
Make sure the scan data is as complete as possible.
The denture designs will then be sent back to you for approval. You can request as many
adjustments and changes to the design as you wish, prior to final creation.
Once approved, your STL files - teeth and base - will be emailed to you ready for local printing and bonding.
Printing service (UK) is also available at an additional cost - select this option when ordering.
No payment will be taken at this stage - your practice will be invoiced monthly.
